This unique workshop covers all the key shots and movements recognised by Badminton England, focusing on the essential techniques that every improving player should master. Across the day, you’ll be introduced to core shots and skills—from the backhand clear to the big smash, net play, the perfect serve and much more.
Led by Badminton England qualified and experienced instructors, the session includes expert demonstrations and guided practice, with time to break down each skill and build up.

We currently have two upcoming workshops available, both taking place at our home base in Bourne End—just a short 10-minute drive from the M40 (Beaconsfield or Loudwater junctions), making it easily accessible for players in the surrounding areas.

Included with the workshop is your own copy of the ALLSHOTS Manual—a valuable guide to use during the session and a fantastic reference for the future. It features clear breakdowns of all the key shots and techniques, complete with photographic demonstrations to help you revisit and reinforce what you've learned.
You’ll also bring your manual to any future workshops, allowing you to track progress, make notes, and continue building on your skills session by session. A perfect tool for long-term improvement both on and off the court.

ALLSHOTS One Day Badminton Course – Build Your Skills, Boost Your Game
What You’ll Cover:
✅ Footwork Fundamentals – Learn how to move efficiently and stay balanced for better shot preparation and recovery.
✅ Core Shot Development – Improve the essentials: backhand and forehand clears, drop shots, smashes, lifts, and net play.
✅ Grip Techniques – Master the correct grips for each shot and understand how small adjustments can make a big difference to control and power.
✅ Serve Variety & Accuracy – Build confidence with high serves, low serves, and flick serves—know when and how to use each one.
✅ Shot Consistency & Timing – Focus on clean, repeatable technique to reduce errors and improve rally quality.
✅ Mistake Correction – We’ll help identify common technical errors and give you tools to fix them effectively.
✅ Progressive Drills & Practice – Structured exercises designed to embed skills and build muscle memory.

📍 Location: Bourne End Sports Hall (10 mins from M40 Beaconsfield or Loudwater)
👥 Spaces Limited – to ensure quality time with coaches and full court time.
