General Membership Information
Memberships are purchased for individual classes and are exclusive to the specific session selected. Memberships cannot be transferred between classes or credited toward other sessions.
Our membership system ensures your place is secured each week — no need to book each session manually. As long as your membership remains active, your attendance is guaranteed. You can cancel your membership at any time via your member login or by contacting us directly.
Memberships cannot be paused or adjusted for missed weeks due to holidays or any other reason. When setting up your membership, you can choose your own start date — we recommend selecting the exact day you wish to begin attending classes. You may choose a start date up to a maximum of two weeks in advance. If you'd like to begin later than that, please contact us first, as longer delays may cause an unnecessary void in class availability and affect planning.
Please note that we do not refund session fees or offer partial refunds if a participant is unable to attend.
In the event of cancellation, you are entitled to attend all remaining sessions up to the end of your paid period. Once cancelled, your space will be made available to others. Memberships are non-transferable and must only be used by the originally registered participant.
Booking Additional Sessions
Members are welcome to book extra sessions outside their usual class via the trial booking system.
For example, if your regular membership is for Wednesdays, you can use the trial option to join an additional Sunday class, subject to availability. Please do not use this option if we are offering free trial sessions — contact us directly and we will provide a separate booking link.
Renewal Periods & Class Cancellations
Membership renewal periods may vary depending on the class selected — some run on a four-week cycle, others monthly. Please refer to your membership details for specific terms.
If a session falls on a bank holiday (Monday or Friday) and the class is not running, that session will be refunded. The same applies to Christmas and New Year closures. We continue classes during other holiday periods, and refunds are only issued for sessions formally cancelled by Badfit.
