General Membership Information:

Our membership system offers the convenience of securing a spot for your student. As long as the membership remains active, there's no need to book sessions each week; attendance is assured. Membership can be cancelled at any point via the members login dashboard or by contacting us directly, though please note that we don't refund session fees, nor can we provide partial refunds if a student is unable to attend classes.

In the event of membership cancellation, you are entitled to attend weekly sessions until the final paid end date. Once cancelled, we cannot reserve your space, and it will be remarketed and sold to another student. It's essential to remember that memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by the originally booked student. ​For junior memberships, in most cases, we make every effort to continue sessions during half-term and summer holidays to ensure continuity in your child's training. Your membership will remain active throughout these periods, providing consistent access to our sessions. However, we understand that schedules may vary, and flexibility is important. Therefore, we offer full refunds for any dates within any half-term or summer holiday times that your child is unable to attend, provided we receive at least 5 days' notice.
